Recreational and competitive endurance athletes, as well as general fitness enthusiasts, can use the CGCC Performance Lab for baseline fitness assessments and guidance on how to optimize fitness plans and goals.

Pre-Health Care Professions Club are hosting a CPR training through Cintas. The cost is $150 and there are 9 positions available.
