LETA BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION
The Background Investigation Fee is $255.00 and must be paid before the background investigation begins. Once paid, you will be contacted by a background investigator within 10 days to set up your background interview. Please note: This fee is non-refundable. A background investigation is required for all CGCC Law Enforcement Academy students. Students can be sponsored by a law enforcement agency or enroll as a non-sponsored recruit. Sponsored recruits are required to undergo a background investigation by their respective agency.
Non-sponsored students must complete a background investigation through the academy.
